The Township of Woodbridge, New Jersey has issued and RFQ/RFP for the 54-acre Woodbridge Developmental Center site at 289 Rahway Avenue.
The site, which once housed residents with developmental disabilities, has been designated as an area in need of redevelopment, thus qualifying for tax incentives.
The township is NOT seeking proposals for residential use, but instead wants a commercial, educational or healthcare-related reuse.
