On April 13, 2022, in partnership with the Detroit Building Authority and the Detroit Land Bank Authority, the City of Detroit, Michigan’s Housing and Revitalization Department and Planning and Development Department announced that they are seeking proposals from qualified developers for a new redevelopment effort in the Medbury Park/Milwaukee Junction area.
The 0.85-acre site includes seven vacant parcels along the east side of Beaubien between Harper and Piquette, just one block from the recently-announced $134 million Fisher 21 Lofts mixed-use revitalization project.
Responses are due May 16, 2022.
