New York City has the most innovation and entrepreneur-friendly city administration in the world, according to a new study.
London, Helsinki, Barcelona and Amsterdam round out the top 5 in a report compiled by CITIE, a collaboration between Nesta, Accenture and the Future Cities Catapult.
The report looks at how 40 cities implement pro-innovation policies.
