A landmark Manchester, England city centre site will become 780,000-sq-ft mixed-use quarter with retail, restaurants, offices, a cinema and residential property if plans revealed on October 11, 2015 are approved.
Around £300million will be pumped into the Great Northern Warehouse in a bid to re-invent it as a ‘world class’ residential, commercial and leisure quarter for Manchester.
It comes after Hong Kong property company Peterson Group bought the the Grade II listed building for an undisclosed sum.
