A $75 million “paradigm-shifting” green redevelopment for uptown Cincinnati, Ohio

Developers are planning a $75 million mixed-use development at the intersection of the Clifton Heights, Mount Auburn and Corryville neighborhoods.

Mike Ealy, president and CEO of Nassau Investments, said the Gateway to Uptown will transform that corner. He said the project is expected to serve as a “gateway” to Uptown neighborhoods and help complete the reshaping of the area immediately south of the University of Cincinnati’s campus.

We wanted to do something that would be a paradigm shift for our community,” Ealy said.

The entire development is planned to be built to LEED Silver specifications.

The project is expected to create more than 200 permanent jobs with a focus on hiring within the neighboring communities.
