The Anfield Regeneration Project in Liverpool, England aims to breathe new life into a once rundown area of the city by remodelling properties that were no longer meeting the housing need.
Inside Housing Magazine has named it one of the top 60 developments of 2015 in Britain, and might go on to win Regeneration Project of the Year.
Each property on the list has been marked on its achievement in ten key areas, including design and sustainability.
In each area the best development will be chosen and awarded a winner’s trophy.
