The 2023 Canadian Brownfields Network (CBN) Annual Conference, Brownfield Renewal: Addressing Tomorrow’s Challenges, will be held at the Toronto Metropolitan University in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada on May 3, 2023.
The conference will focus on an array of critical issues and complexities related to the future vitality of brownfield renewal through engaging sessions including case studies, panel discussions, and keynote presentations.
The conference will also include the annual presentation of the CBN Heroes Underpinning Brownfields (HUB) Awards to recognize brownfielders who are making a significant contribution to the progress of brownfield redevelopment in Canada. Nominations will be open soon until March 31, 2023.
Attendees for the annual conference have come from across Canada and include a variety of industries that have a curiosity to learn about, or who have a vested interest in, brownfield redevelopment, such as, land developers, municipalities, engineering firms, environmental remediation companies, legal and financial experts.
