The City of Circleville, Ohio and Pickaway Progress Partnership (P3) have unveiled a strategic revitalization plan that was developed in conjunction with the America’s Best Communities competition.
The plan, which is 82 total pages, includes a goal and steps that need to be taken in order to achieve those goals.
The goals were compiled by the plan’s committee after speaking with local leaders and organizations about what they want to see for the city in the future.
“In the last several years we’ve worked to overcome the effects of the recession and established the foundation for future economic development in Circleville,” said Ryan Scribner, economic development director at P3. “Thanks to the grant from the America’s Best Communities competition, Circleville is now armed with a comprehensive action plan, and we’re poised for a renaissance of our community and economy.”
