Ohio town hopes strategic revitalization plan will trigger renaissance

The City of Circleville, Ohio and Pickaway Progress Partnership (P3) have unveiled a strategic revitalization plan that was developed in conjunction with the America’s Best Communities competition.

The goals were compiled by the plan’s committee after speaking with local leaders and organizations about what they want to see for the city in the future.
