Delaware towns: Apply for $3.7 million in revitalization grants by Dec. 19, 2016

The state of Delaware‘s Neighborhood Building Blocks Fund board invites neighborhood revitalization programs, neighborhood associations, community groups, law enforcement, local governments and other stakeholders to apply for grants from the fund to support crime reduction, neighborhood revitalization and economic development initiatives statewide.

Downtown Delaware is a resource center within the Delaware Economic Development Office that aims to educate business owners on business development, vacancy reduction, and proactive planning for selection and placement of retail goods and services in commercial business districts throughout Delaware.

The board of directors of the Neighborhood Building Blocks Fund invites submission of applications that will most effectively target $3.7 million in community revitalization grants.

Applications will be accepted through Monday, December 19, 2016.
