ABN AMRO Clearing will also support the planting of a new forest in the Castilla y León region of Spain where Land Life has already planted hundreds of thousands of trees on degraded land, restoring biodiversity and natural ecosystems to the area (as documented earlier here in REVITALIZATION). In 2020, the two companies will extend the program to other cities around the world.

It is important for us that our commitment to sustainability is tangible and that our employees and customers can see the impact created on the ground,” said Pauline Engelberts, Global Chief Operations Officer, ABN AMRO Clearing. “All the trees planted in both Chicago and Spain will be tracked and traced so we can follow their growth over time.
