Harrison County, West Virginia seeks an Executive Director for its newly-formed Economic Development Corporation. With a population of 69,000, Harrison County is located in North Central West Virginia.
The County features both rural and urban areas, with primary employment being in the fields of technology, government, natural resource extraction, aviation and associated support industries.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of attracting new businesses, creating jobs, adding tax base and supporting existing business expansion within a community. This position reports directly to the Board of the Harrison County Economic Development Corporation primarily through its Executive Committee.
