The Expeditionary Learning School for Community Leaders (Leaders) is a small high school serving grades 9 – 12 in the Gravesend neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY.
We are looking for reflective, collaborative Restorative Practices Coordinator (RPC) whose primary focus is to facilitate coordination and communication between all stakeholders to grow restorative practices at Leaders; he/she will work closely with guidance counselors and crew leaders.
The RPC will schedule, facilitate, and monitor the outcomes of interventions as well as collaborate with administrators, faculty, students, and families to develop and maintain a common set of indicators and protocols for collecting and monitoring data to help understand the implementation, progress, and results of restorative practices at Leaders. Leaders has a partnership with New York City Outward Bound Schools (NYCOBS) and Expeditionary Learning (EL).
