Housing Partnership Network (HPN) is exploring – in partnership with Detroit leaders and institutions – the creation of a strong, non-profit real estate development company (“DevCo”) that can execute key development and revitalization projects. Designed to reflect and leverage Detroit’s unique qualities and assets, it would incorporate the best business practices of the nation’s top performing housing and community development nonprofits.
In addition to building the partnership entity, HPN will leverage its network of high capacity non-profits and its platform of social enterprises to assist Detroit’s revitalization efforts. The newly formed entity would create needed development capacity to implement critical components of the City’s overall urban renewal vision.
We’re looking for a superstar whose ability to exceed clients’ expectations is only surpassed by the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. As the Senior Associate, you will advise and support the President and CEO working closely to increase the bandwidth and velocity of the CEO to concentrate her time, efforts and priorities on strategic activities and the establishment of DevCo.
You will demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and must also show the willingness and ability to manage large amounts of details with great care, accuracy and confidentiality, as well as the ability to partner effectively with a range of key stakeholders.
