Reclaiming abandoned properties via lawsuit

This 2008 paper by Matthew J. Samsa at Cleveland State University still has relevance to solving many of the seemingly-intractable problems impeding community redevelopment, especially in the United States (where lawsuits seem to be the default mode of communication).

Its title is “Reclaiming Abandoned Properties: Using Public Nuisance Suits and Land Banks to Pursue Economic Redevelopment“, which captures its focus perfectly.
