Redeveloper Wanted: Save and renovate two historic buildings in Lincoln Park, Michigan

The Lincoln Park Preservation Alliance of Lincoln Park, Michigan is looking for one or more real estate developers to buy and renovate a pair of at-risk buildings in the city.

The two buildings are both eligible to be in the National Register of Historic Places, but are not. One was built in 1926, and the other in 1928.

Both buildings need significant work to be habitable again, and are at risk of being torn down. Neither building owner is in a financial situation that would allow them to fix up the buildings.
