The Milford Haven Port Authority in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, England is seeking an architect for its £70 million Milford Dock regeneration project.
The winning team will draw up an “economically realistic and deliverable” design brief for the 44,600m² mixed-use masterplan which won outline planning permission earlier this year.
The phased project will upgrade the coastal town’s historic fish docks and marina while also delivering new retail, leisure, entertainment and residential developments.
The deadline for requests to participate is noon on September 11, 2015.
