On January 17, 2023—in partnership with the Detroit Building Authority—the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department and the Planning and Development Department announced that they are seeking proposals from qualified developers to rehabilitate the existing building at the northeast corner of Clairmount and Lodge Service Drive at the edge of the Piety Hill neighborhood.
900 Clairmount is approximately 25,000 square feet (0.57 acres) and contains an approximately 11,500 square foot two-story building.
There will be two opportunities to access the property on January 24 and February 15 to assist in preparing a development plan.
