RFP: Concept for ecosystem restoration and water quality protection (California)

The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy (Conservancy) is a primary state agency in the implementation of ecosystem restoration in the Delta and supports efforts that advance environmental protection and the economic well-being of Delta residents.

The Conservancy collaborates and cooperates with local communities and others parties to preserve, protect, and restore the natural resources, economy, and agriculture of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta and Suisun Marsh.

On August 1, 2017, the Delta Conservancy announced the 2017-2018 Request for Concept Proposals for the Ecosystem Restoration and Water Quality Grant Program.

The 2017-2018 solicitation period for Concept Proposals to the Delta Conservancy’s Ecosystem Restoration and Water Quality Grant Program opened on August 1, 2017.

Concept proposals must be received by the Conservancy by 5:00 P.M. PST on August 31, 2017.

Applicants may, and are encouraged to, consult with the Conservancy during the drafting of their concept proposal. Contact Conservancy Proposition 1 staff to arrange a specific meeting or to RSVP for office hours (see dates and times below).

Once a concept proposal has been submitted, Conservancy staff will only be able to provide status updates until the proposal has been reviewed and a feedback meeting is scheduled (expected by September 31, 2017).

  • Monday, August 14, 2017, 11 am – 1 pm
  • Thursday, August 24, 2017, 12 pm – 2 pm
  • Monday, August 28, 2017, 11 am – 1 pm
