A parcel of land located at 90 Antwerp Street in Brighton, Massachusetts will be redeveloped with up to 24 units of homeownership housing, at least 50 percent of which shall be affordable to households earning between 70 and 120 percent of Area Median Income, as well as publicly accessible open space.
A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Josephine Fiorentino Community Center, 123 Antwerp Street, Brighton, MA.
Members of the public will be invited to attend this pre-bid conference.
Bids are due October 11, 2017.
