Developers are being invited to submit regeneration plans for 16 acres of land on the outskirts of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales (UK).
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking expressions of interest to develop four separate plots of land surrounding Parc Trostre and Pemberton retail parks.
The plots could be developed for homes, retail and leisure.
