The City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department is seeking a qualified development team to redevelop the vacant commercial building located at 7326 West McNichols Road.
The City will consider commercial and/or mixed-use proposals that bring the highest and best use to the site.
The parcel is zoned B2 and is a short walk from University of Detroit Mercy, Avenue of Fashion, and many other commercial developments along the corridor.
Responses are due Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
