RFP: Development team wanted to redevelop this site in the heart of a Detroit, Michigan neighborhood into residential or mixed-use

In partnership with the Detroit Building Authority, the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department, and the city’s Planning and Development Department seek proposals from qualified developers for a new residential or mixed-use redevelopment in the heart of the Brush Park neighborhood.

The 0.57-acre site includes 301 and 321 Edmund Place, at the corner of Brush Street and directly across the street from both the City Modern and Brush + Watson projects.

Responses are due Friday, September 3, 2021.
