REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND MARKETING PLAN
The Newton-Needham Chamber of Commerce (“The Chamber”) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm to develop an economic development and marketing plan for N2 Corridor region of the City of Newton and Town of Needham. Further details on the corridor made be found at www.n2corridor.com.
The N2 Innovation Corridor is an area of roughly 500 acres along the Newton-Needham, MA line that includes two office parks and adjacent commercial streets.
The N2 Corridor is already home to many innovation economy sector businesses as well as educational institutions, recreational areas, restaurants, pubs, hotels and retail shops.
But there’s still a lot of room — at a diverse mix of price points — for companies of all sizes to grow and expand.
Proposals are due no later than Aug. 14, 2015, 5 p.m. EST.
