In Loveland, Colorado, the local Urban Renewal Authority seeks proposals to acquire and redevelop the vacant, former Larimer County building in the downtown.
The building was built in 1967, and formerly served as the Loveland Library before being sold to the county in 1987 for $475,000.
The city purchased it in early 2018 for $732,000. The county vacated the building in September of 2018.
Proposals will be accepted until filled. Initial review will begin Friday, October 18, 2019.
