In partnership with the Detroit Building Authority, the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department and Planning and Development Department seek responses from qualified development teams to construct a new mixed-use, mixed-income housing redevelopment in the Eastern Market area of Detroit, Michigan.
The 0.96-acre infill site is located at 1923 Division, at the northeast corner of Division and the revitalizing Dequindre Cut Greenway.
