The City of Springfield, Illinois seeks a qualified partner—or partners—to design and develop North Mansion Block.
The City owns the entire square block of 2.35 acres (102,400 sq ft), most of which is currently used for parking. North Mansion Block is equidistant from two of the City’s most important assets: the State Capitol building and Abraham Lincoln’s Home, a national historic site.
The excellent location and enormous size of this downtown redevelopment present the opportunity to anchor the southern end of Springfield’s central business district.
