The Town of Ashland, Massachusetts is currently seeking a creative partner to restore and reuse the much-loved historic home and barn referred to locally as the Valentine Estate, at 133 West Union Street.
Their vision is that the right redevelopment partners will help transform the vacant property into a thriving, prosperous asset for residents and visitors to enjoy for decades to come.
The Town invites proposals in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B, for adaptive reuse through sale or lease of the 4 parcels, equaling 7.67 acres, including the historic barn.
