The City of New Castle, Delaware will accept proposals from engineering firms for Final Design and Construction Phase Services for the New Castle Waterfront Redevelopment Project.
The selected firm will complete the design, prepare documents for bidding and construction, and provide construction phase services for building of a new pier, dock, and fender piles and placement of wave attenuators.
Qualified applicants should contact Jeff Bergstrom, City of New Castle Building Official at 322-9813 or Jeff@newcastlecity.org to request a copy of the complete Request for Proposals including preliminary plans and permitting documentation. Potential bidders must register as an interested party.
Proposals will be received by the City of New Castle Building Official, New Castle Public Services, Trolley Barn, 900 Wilmington Road, New Castle, DE 19720-3638 until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
