Port of San Diego officials announced on November 10, 2015 that they’re seeking proposals to redevelop a more than 1,500-square-foot restaurant space at the end of the Imperial Beach Pier.
According to the port, its operating agreement with the Tin Fish expires April 30 next year, and a Request for Proposals was issued on November 9, 2015.
“A reconfiguration of the existing building is highly encouraged to best utilize space, attract customers, enhance business operations and increase revenue,” according to a port statement.
Proposals are due by 1pm on December 15. 2015.
