In partnership with the Detroit Building Authority, the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department and the Planning and Development Department seek proposals from qualified entities to design and construct new housing on historic Virginia Park Street.
This 0.75-acre vacant parcel is located in close proximity to New Center, Henry Ford Hospital, and the John C. Lodge Freeway.
