RFP: Redevelopers needed to revitalize a transportation corridor in Buffalo, NY

In upper New York state, the Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council—together with the City of Buffalo and the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority—is inviting qualified firms to submit proposals for the Bailey Avenue Corridor Improvements Study.

They are seeking an innovative consultant team to help identify a set of transportation and land use investment recommendations for long-term, holistic approaches to improving the corridor in terms of economic development, community revitalization, safety, workforce access and overall mobility.

To review the RFP, you must first register online as a potential supplier with the NFTA via the web at http://bids.nfta.com/SignUp.aspx.

The NFTA is the administrative host of the GBNRTC.
