On November 30, 2020, four new Requests for Proposals (RFPs) were issued in Chicago, Illinois as a part of the INVEST South/West initiative. The sites include strategic, commercial corridor locations in the following neighborhoods.
- Bronzeville
- New City
- North Lawndale
- South Chicago
INVEST South/West is an unprecedented community improvement initiative under Mayor Lori Lightfoot to marshal the resources of multiple City departments, community organizations and corporate partners within 10 neighborhoods on Chicago’s South and West sides.
Responses are due March 30, 2021.
