RFP/RFQ: Four city-owned properties are now available for redevelopment and revitalization in Chicago, Illinois

In Chicago, Illinois, the following redevelopment and revitalization-related Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) have been issued by the Department of Planning and Development (DPD).

1769 W. Pershing Road RFP
The 1769 W. Pershing Road RFP is seeking mixed-use development proposals for a City-owned, 3.5-acre site containing a 571,476-square-foot building, with an option to include an adjacent 3.2-acre site containing a 54,600-square-foot building.

Belmont Triangle
The Belmont Triangle RFP is seeking mixed-use development proposals for 3.8 acres of vacant, privately owned land within the block bounded by Milwaukee Avenue, Belmont Avenue and Pulaski Road in Avondale.

Lake and Kedzie RFQ
The Lake and Kedzie RFQ is seeking architect and developer qualifications for the future redevelopment of three City-owned sites near the CTA’s Green Line station at Lake Street and Kedzie Avenue in East Garfield Park.

Woodlawn RFQ
The Woodlawn RFP is seeking architect and developer qualifications for the future redevelopment of two, City-owned sites on the southeast and southwest corners of 63rd Street and Ellis Avenue in Woodlawn.

A PDF for each RFP/Q can be downloaded upon completion of a brief registration form that enables department staff to provide updates to potential respondents about each request and other relevant information.
