In partnership with the Detroit Building Authority and the Detroit Land Bank Authority, the City of Detroit’s Housing and Revitalization Department and the Planning and Development Department are seeking proposals from qualified developers for a new redevelopment in Medbury Park/Milwaukee Junction section of Detroit, Michigan.
The 0.85-acre site includes seven vacant parcels along the east side of Beaubien between Harper and Piquette.
Responses are due Friday, January 14, 2022.
