RFP: Vacant railway land is available as 99-year lease for residential and commercial redevelopment in India

In the state of Telangana in India, the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority under the railways ministry with the mandate for commercial development of vacant railway lands, is offering to grant 99-year leases for the redevelopment of South Central Railway land at Rifle Range and Chilakalguda colonies in Secunderabad.

RLDA is inviting proposals to redevelop an area of 4.69 acres out of total net area of 16.67 acres into 352 residential units and commercial offices.
