RFQ: Mixed-use redeveloper wanted for 0.68 acres of city-owned land in Detroit, Michigan

On July 2, 2018, the City of Detroit, Michigan released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the acquisition and development of 0.68 acres of City-owned land at Bagley and 16th Street in the Greater Corktown/Mexicantown area.

The redevelopment of a mixed-use, mixed-income project at this highly-visible location will introduce new retail and affordable housing opportunities, build upon the strengths of the existing commercial corridor, and enhance connectivity between neighborhoods.

The RFQ is available from Summit Commercial. An optional pre-submission conference will be held on Tuesday, July 10. To be considered, all submissions must be received by 5:00 PM on August 14, 2018.

All submissions—or questions and requests for clarification or additional information—should be directed to Bunia Parker at parker@summitcommercialllc.com.
