The property (highlighted in green in the image) includes Union Pacific Park and former Union Pacific rail spur properties.
Desired development could be commercial, residential or mixed-use, and incorporate opportunities for partnership and potential inclusion of existing privately owned structures including the historic Elephant Packing House.
The project area extends over three blocks east to west beginning at Harbor Boulevard.
