RFQ: Redeveloper needed to renovate infrastructure and facilities of popular beach in Nova Scotia, Canada

Want to provide the long-awaited redevelopment and renovation of Nova Scotia’s popular Lawrencetown Beach?

A request for qualification (RFQ) published in early January of 2020 is the outcome of a plan by the provincial government to redevelop the beach, which is often featured in tourism promotions for Nova Scotia.

That includes the demolition and excavation of decrepit infrastructure, new wooden platforms, toilets, a septic tank and renovation of old structures, wooden ramps and the boardwalk.

Responses must be received by January 24, 2020 at 2:00pm (Atlantic Time).
