On January 15, 2019, the New Richmond (Wisconsin) City Council published a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from potential developers interested in redeveloping the city’s recently-acquired former Dairy Queen waterfront property near the downtown.
The hopes to generate a substantial return on its investment in this property, which amounts to $175,000.
RFQ statements from interested developers are due no later than 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 22, 2019.
Interviews with potential developers would be conducted on dates to be determined between Feb. 23 and the end of March 2019.
