In partnership with the Detroit Building Authority, the City of Detroit, Michigan’s Housing and Revitalization Department and Planning and Development Department seek proposals from qualified entities for a commercial or mixed-use development opportunity in Milwaukee Junction.
Consisting of 222, 224, and 234 Piquette Avenue, the site contains 2.59 acres with approximately 61,000 square feet of warehouse space located in close proximity to Tech Town, Wayne State University, New Center, and Midtown.
