RFP: 268-acre waterfront site + 10-acre golf course site available for residential redevelopment with some affordable housing

The city of Duluth, Minnesota is currently accepting proposals to redevelop portions of their Lester Park and Enger Park golf courses.

At Lester, the site is a 268-acre piece called the Lake Nine, which is near both Lester Park and the Lester River. A mix of residential or commercial use is possible, with the City preferring single family, multi-family or townhouses; both market rate and affordable.

A 10-acre portion of the Enger Park Golf Course is also available. The City is hoping for residential development with affordable housing in that area.

Proposals will also be considered for long-term leasing of the Enger golf course.

Proposals due by November 20, 2019.
