Vacant for 20 years, historic downtown Durham, NC building is reborn

A historic building in the heart of downtown Durham is getting new life after sitting mostly vacant for more than 20 years.

Developers are working to turn the “Trust Building” on W. Main Street into a center of entrepreneurial activity.

The building is fully leased with tenants expected to move in by December of 2015.

Not only were we focused in Durham specifically, but this building amongst all of them was tremendously important,” said Matt Williamson, Windsor Circle CEO and co-founder.
