This Bokeelia, Florida home is a fully restored 1925 sugar cane plantation farm house. This historic two bedroom, two bath home is located on a quiet street within walking distance to marinas, restaurants, and fishing piers at the northern end of Pine Island.

Some of Florida’s best boating and fishing is minutes away with three boat launch and rental facilities with water taxi to the barrier islands of Sanibel, Captiva, Boca Grande and Cayo Costa state park. Four of the best restaurants on Pine Island are located in Bokeelia.

After a 4 year restoration, guided by the Lee County Historical Society, we are ready to offer this beautiful home for vacation rental. This is a quiet, tranquil location with upscale furnishings, and amenities.

The plantation is gone, but this 3,200 square foot home is all new from top to bottom – Custom bamboo kitchen cabinets, stainless appliances, original 1925 heart pine floors, fully tiled bathrooms, upper sun deck and lower barbeque deck. We also include a fully furnished office with desks, printers , monitors, and Wi-Fi. Flat screen TV’s included in the family room and both master bedrooms. Plenty of parking space for boat or RV.

Plenty of room to spread out and relax without close neighbors. Bicycles are included for trips around the island on the paved bike path. Golf cart is also available for rent for additional fee.
