Downtown Simpsonville, South Carolina is about to get a complete pedestrian-and-bicycle-friendly makeover as part of a $14 million revitalization project.

Right now, traffic in downtown Simpsonville is very difficult to navigate. It gets backed up. There are a lot of cars coming through here,” said Simpsonville City Administrator Dianna Gracely.

So first and foremost we want to improve the way traffic flows downtown,” she added.
