The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is one of Canada’s leading providers of applied research, development and demonstration (RD&D) and technology commercialization.
In June of 2015, indigenous community representatives of the Athabasca region of northern Saskatchewan visited the abandoned Gunnar uranium mine and mill site.
SRC has undertaken remediation of the toxic mine and set out to capture some of the impressions made during the visit.
