A new program called Change The Course is reducing water use, and is then restoring that conserved water to the Colorado River.
This, in turn, is helping to restore the dewatered Colorado River Delta in Mexico. It was formerly one of the planet’s most productive and biologically rich places, until the United States failed to live up to its part of a water treaty with Mexico.
