In this 12-minute video, one of Derby, England’s leading real estate brokers—Stephen Salloway, of Salloway Property Consultants—describes 25 years of the city’s redevelopment.
One featured project is the city’s historic Roundhouse. Originally constructed in 1839 for the repair of locomotives, the stunning 16-sided historic building is now occupied by Derby College, following a £48 million renovation.
In the video, Mr. Sallway says “there are no embarrassed officials” as far as the Roundhouse is concerned, praising it as an “excellent example of how new and old can be combined”.
