VIDEO: These volunteer divers are restoring climate change-damaged coral, boosting the fishing economy the reefs support

Off the coast of Kenya, divers are going to the bottom of the Indian Ocean in search of dislodged corals equipped with special protective structures.

This is to help restore the coral reefs that have fallen prey to climate change and consequent coral bleaching.

Such work is of particular interest to me (Storm Cunningham), since it was my volunteer work as a diver on coral restoration experiments in Jamaica some 30 years ago that started me down my regenerative career path.
