VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Help restore historic ranch buildings in beautiful natural area near Fort Collins, Colorado

Historic buildings in Fort Collins, Colorado need some renewal.

The nonprofit HistoriCorps hopes volunteers will help restore Soderberg Ranch.

The buildings near Horsetooth Reservoir were built in the 1920s. Volunteers are needed to rehabilitate them during the Fall of 2019.

HistoriCorps will provide meals, tools and training. The project partner has reserved camping sites with electrical hookups.

PROJECT PARTNER: Larimer County Natural Resources
SESSION DATES: September 15-20 | September 22-27 | September 29 – October 4
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: Plan to arrive between 5pm and 7pm on the first day of your project session, and depart after lunch on the last day. Note: Volunteers should plan to pack up camp by 11am on Fridays. Work will continue until lunchtime on Fridays, though. We do not have access to the campsites over weekends, so volunteers planning to do multiple sessions will need to reserve their own sites for Friday and Saturday evenings.
